Marketing and Communications Specialist
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team. With this job you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in all aspects of school life and help us showcase all the incredible things our staff and students do every day through our marketing, events and communication.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility will be required for occasional school events outside of regular hours, with advance notice.

Co-Ordinator of Gesher – Alumni and Grandparent Engagement
Join Emanuel School as the Coordinator of Gesher – Alumni and Grandparent Engagement, where you will play a crucial role in strengthening relationships within our vibrant community. This position focuses on enhancing engagement with alumni and grandparents and is responsible for seeking out new ideas and strategies to achieve the goals of the School’s Strategic Plan.
This is a part time, permanent position working 20 hours per week over 3-4 days, term time only. The hours will be worked onsite between 8.00 am – 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday. A roster will be determined in conjunction with the successful candidate prior to their commencement. Some flexibility will be required for one evening committee meeting each month and evening or weekend functions throughout the year.

Facilities and Operations Assistant / Traffic Warden
We are looking for a self-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, interactive educational environment. This is a part-time role working 20 hours, Monday – Friday. The hours are 7.00am – 11.00am, with some flexibility needed in the case of after-hours or weekend events.
This is a term-time-only position, meaning you will not be required to work during school holidays.
